摇摆筛（金属硅粉专用筛）工作原理

    瞬时运动为沿径向的位移和以此位移为轴的圆周运动的合成（螺旋运动）。即可调节偏心距的激振器产生了非线性三维运动，物料也产生同样的近似手动作业的运动，从而达到筛分之目的，再配合筛分附件可得到更加理想的筛分效果；适合于圆球状、圆柱状、片状、乃至不规则形状易堵网且需要精密筛分的物料。
    摇摆筛是利用普通振动电机传动摆振体来产生作用，使物料在筛网上呈现渐开线的摇摆运动轨迹，达到筛分过滤的效果，设备本身的运动轨迹为椭圆型，调整摆振体上面的经向角和切向角可改变物料在网面上的运动轨迹。
